If you change your mind about your purchase for any reason whatsoever, just return the item or items to us within 10 days of their receipt for a refund. All we ask is that the purchase is returned to us unused and in its original condition, complete with its original presentation packaging. Returns
To return unwanted or faulty items to us for a refund please follow the simple procedure outlined here- (Please note returns will be refunded in full, less your postage and packaging costs, and a 10% handling fee) Send us an covering email with your order Id, indicating the reason(s) for returning your purchase – this is to enable us to improve customer service and does not affect your refund in any way. Replace the unused items in the packaging that it was originally delivered in. If this original packaging is not available, please ensure that the items are suitably protected before returning them.

Please note that in the event of your returned items not being received by us, no refund can be made. Therefore we strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service to return items to us. For items up to a value of £28 we recommend the use of Royal Mail Recorded Delivery™; for items of a value over £28 we recommend the use of Royal Mail Special Delivery™. Once your return has been received, the cost of your purchase will be refunded within five working days. You will be notified by email once the refund transaction has been completed. Please note that we can only refund the cost of postage if a order delivered to you in error.
If you recieved an shipment damaged by our courier services, we are happy to replace your order free of charge. If you have changed your mind and no longer want an replacement we will refund the whole amount(less your postage and packaging costs, and a 10% handling fee) to you after recieving an confirmation from you to do so.

Cancellations
An order or part of an order can be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch by emailing us within the time scales in our return policy. Please remember to include full details of your order in your email including your order reference number and the items that you wish to cancel. Once dispatched an order cannot be cancelled, but may be returned in accordance with the Berkshire Bathrooms returns policy above.
