Delivery
Delivery can be made to UK addresses only. Worldwide addresses will incur additional postage costs. Please note however that we will not deliver to PO boxes or any other kind of mail forwarding address. All deliveries must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over. Delivery charges and estimated timescales are specified in the payment and delivery section. We make every effort to deliver your items within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable. Berkshire Bathrooms is not liable for any failed deliveries. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
Procedures to follow when receiving your delivery ( important Information)
As well as our own transport, we use other companies to deliver our goods to you. We do strongly advise to check your products before signing for them (specially if they are any kind of breakable products) and if there are any issues please specify on the signing slip, refuse delivery and do let us know as soon as possible. If you can't check your order at the time of delivery please mark it ''not checked'' on to the signing slip. If someone else is receiving deleveries on your behalf please make them aware of the same procedures to follow. Please note that it is your responsibility to let them know about the procedures to follow when receiving deliveries on your behalf because once signed without any specifications on the signing slip, by anyone receiving deliveries, we or the delivering company don't hold any liability against any damages. Delivery costs
Our delivery on Larger and heavy products is calculated on the weight & Dimentions of your ordered product/products(We always suggest to call for Quotation before placing your order). The delivery costs apply to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Scotland and Northern Ireland
We are happy to arrange delivery to Scotland or Northern Ireland for you; however there will be a charge. Before ordering please email sales@bathroomandplumbing.co.uk to confirm a delivery charge. Minimum charge for delivery to Scotland for smaller items will be £14.99.
Delivery Times
Our delivery times from ordering with most products are between 3-4 working days - bespoke furniture and special orders (such as clearshield on shower screens) are between 7-10 working days. However if the Manufacturer is unable to process the order we will inform you of the delay.
